Huh...I wonder what this is! It looks kind of like a picture, only--

Kairi...

[A bright blue sky...and the sound of waves breaking gently against sand. Occasionally, the sharp cry of a seagull.

The sun is warm and the breeze is faint.

Parts of the island seem to be in different frames of time, with different scenes. A secret cave is blanketed in dusk, an eerie light shines; a few boys race each other across an afternoon sandy beach. A pier shaded by palm trees is locked in sunset.

That's where Sora is -- he stands there quietly, watching two people sitting at the edge of the pier. A boy and girl, their backs are to him as they watch the ocean. The girl stands.]

"Sora...don't ever change."

[It seems as though that moment is locked in time; the girl doesn't move for what seems like ages...and then the scene fades, to be replayed again from the beginning. Sora frowns a little, looking both confused and maybe a little homesick.]

...They're moving all by themselves!

Oh, forgot all about this thing! Sorry about that.

Boy, plenty of weird stuff happens around here, huh? But Halloween was fun wasn't it? I was a pirate! I didn't think it'd be so hard to walk around with an eyepatch though, it's really hard to see with just one eye. I guess Christmas is next. Maybe Santa will come! Just as long as he can get back to Christmas Town. This place may trap people here, but no way do I want it to ruin Christmas for anyone!

[The noises that can be heard are very faint; first, what sounds like a faint breeze, and then footsteps decreasing in volume.
